The Disciplinary Commission of the Togolese Football Federation (FTF) has imposed new sanctions, including a stadium ban until the end of the season for Banna Tchanilé, the Technical Director of the Semassi club in Sokodé. Tchanilé is accused of entering the locker room to present a complaint, leading to an altercation during the Semassi-AS Douanes match. The FTF Disciplinary Commission cites a violation of sporting morality in accordance with its disciplinary code.
Semassi will also face a fine of 500,000 francs and play two home matches in Lomé, as part of the sanctions. Kotoko, another club, is penalized for incidents after the Kotoko vs. Anges match. Kotoko is required to play two matches at a neutral venue (municipal stadium of Lomé), pay a fine of 1,000,000 CFA francs, and cover the travel costs of the visiting teams.
