Moroccan champions MAS Fes maintained their perfect start to the 2026/27 Botola Pro season as Raja Casablanca and Wydad AC also secured victories in an eventful second round.

MAS Fes moved to the top of the early standings with a 2-1 victory over Hassania Agadir at El Bachir Stadium in Mohammedia on Saturday, while Raja finally opened their campaign with a narrow win over Renaissance Zemamra.

Wydad also bounced back from their disappointing opening-day defeat by beating Difaâ Hassani El Jadidi 2-0 away from home.

MAS Fes maintain perfect start

MAS Fes continued their title defence with a second successive victory against Hassania.

Anas El Mahraoui gave the champions the lead in the 27th minute before South African forward Tshegofatso Mabasa doubled their advantage from the penalty spot shortly before half-time.

Imad Riahi pulled one back for Hassania from another penalty in the 56th minute, but MAS held on to claim all three points.

The result took Fes to six points after two matches, keeping them among the early leaders alongside Union Touarga.

Touarga also have a perfect record after Hamza Regragui scored in the 44th minute to secure a 1-0 victory over Widad Témara on Friday.

Raja finally get their campaign under way

Raja Casablanca made their long-awaited Botola debut for the season with a 1-0 victory over Renaissance Zemamra at the Mohammed V Stadium.

The Green Eagles had seen their opening fixture against AS FAR postponed, but made the most of their return to competitive action in front of their home supporters.

Othmane Chraibi scored the decisive goal in the 27th minute after being set up by Mohamed Boulacsout.

The victory gives Raja three points from their first league outing, while Zemamra remain without a point after two defeats.

Wydad respond after opening-day setback

Wydad produced the response they needed after suffering a 3-1 defeat to Widad Témara in their opening match.

Paulo Sergio’s side travelled to El Jadida and secured a 2-0 victory over Difaâ Hassani El Jadidi.

Oussama Zemraoui opened the scoring after 27 minutes before Silvère Ganvoula added a second in the 59th.

The result handed Wydad their first league victory since June and moved them onto three points after two matches.

First wins for Kawkab and Amal Tiznit

Kawkab Marrakech also recovered from an opening-day defeat by collecting their first points of the campaign.

Saleh Essalami scored in the 83rd minute to give Kawkab a 1-0 away victory over COD Meknès.

Newly promoted Amal Tiznit went one better by securing their first-ever top-flight victory, with Zakaria Salhi scoring in the second half against FUS Rabat.

The defeat leaves FUS without a point after the opening two rounds.

Northern derby ends level

The only draw of the round came in the northern derby between Moghreb Tétouan and Ittihad Tanger.

Karmoun put Moghreb Tétouan ahead before Najari restored parity for Ittihad Tanger as the match finished 1-1.

The result gave both sides a point as the early Botola standings began to take shape.

AS FAR wait for league opener

The second round remains incomplete, with Renaissance Berkane’s match against AS FAR postponed.

The military club have now had both of their opening league fixtures delayed because of international call-ups, leaving them yet to begin their 2026/27 Botola campaign.

With only two rounds played, MAS Fes and Union Touarga have established perfect starts, while Raja and Wydad have both opened their accounts as the Moroccan title race begins to take shape.
