Barcelona 2027-28 home kit leaked in full ahead of official launch

New images appear to show Barcelona’s complete home kit for the 2027-28 season, including the shirt, shorts and socks, although the design has not yet been officially confirmed by Nike or the club.

The leaked images, recreated and shared by accounts specialising in Barcelona memorabilia and kit designs, were published by Spanish newspaper Sport. They feature Antony Gordon wearing the proposed strip, offering an early indication of how the kit could look when worn on the pitch.

A post from memorabilia1899.co on 4 October 2026 described the design as the “OFFICIAL! BARCELONA HOME FULL KIT SET 2027/28”, listing the home shirt, shorts and socks. Despite that wording, Barcelona and Nike have not formally unveiled the kit and changes could still be made before its official release.

The proposed shirt marks a return to a more traditional Barcelona style after several seasons featuring more experimental designs. It has clear vertical stripes in the club’s familiar blue and garnet colours, with a round collar adding to its classic appearance.

Nike is understood, based on the leaked design, to have used darker shades of blue and garnet for the 2027-28 kit. The deeper colours give the shirt a more restrained look, while yellow is used as a contrasting detail.

That yellow appears on the Nike logo and in other elements of the design. A thin yellow line runs along the sides of the shirt, providing a small visual break from the dominant blue and garnet stripes.

The leaked images also show the accompanying shorts and socks rather than focusing only on the shirt. The shorts retain the same main colours and include side detailing that continues the visual design from the top of the kit.

The socks complete the traditional look with horizontal blue and garnet hoops. Together with the striped shirt and matching shorts, they form a full kit built around Barcelona’s established colours, while the yellow details provide a limited contrast.

Barcelona and Nike are expected to officially present the 2027-28 kit during the summer of 2027. Until then, the leaked images offer supporters an early view of a design that combines conventional vertical stripes with darker colours, a round collar and yellow accents.
