Juan Bezerra marked his first appearance for Shabab Al Ahli Dubai by setting up a stoppage-time equaliser in a 1-1 draw with Al Nasr in the UAE Pro League Cup.
The Brazilian, who joined Shabab Al Ahli Dubai only days ago from Zamalek, came on as a substitute in the 70th minute.
Al Nasr took the lead in the 11th minute through Hrustic, but Shabab Al Ahli Dubai secured a share of the points with the final attack of the match.
Bezerra delivered an accurate cross in the 90+5th minute, which Matheus Lima converted with a header to level the score.
Shabab Al Ahli Dubai are the record winners of the UAE Pro League Cup, having lifted the trophy five times.
Al Wahda are the holders after beating Al Ain in last season’s final.
