Juventus are preparing to revive their pursuit of Real Madrid forward Brahim Diaz, despite failing to sign the Morocco international last summer.
Diaz has struggled for regular playing time under Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho this season, featuring for only 178 minutes across four matches. He received several offers to leave the club during the summer transfer window but ultimately remained at the Spanish side.
Juventus previously made an approach for Diaz last summer and even attempted to arrange a meeting with Real Madrid through the player’s agent. However, Diaz rejected the Italian club’s proposal.
The 26-year-old’s contract with Real Madrid runs until June 2027. He has also had a verbal agreement in place for several months to extend his stay until 2030, although no formal renewal has yet been completed.
According to Italian newspaper Tuttosport, Juventus have not abandoned their interest and have included Diaz among their future transfer targets.
The report says the Morocco forward remains the Italian club’s main objective. Juventus are expected to make another attempt to sign him, particularly if Diaz does not officially extend his contract with Real Madrid.
