Congo seek response as Cameroon defend top spot in CAN 2027 qualifying

Congo face Cameroon in Brazzaville on Tuesday knowing another setback could seriously damage their hopes of reaching the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations, while the visitors arrive as Group G leaders.

The match will be played at the Stade Alphonse-Massamba-Debat on 29 September 2026, with kick-off at 19:00 GMT. It will be broadcast by beIN Sports, Canal+ Afrique, SuperSport and SABC Sport.

Cameroon began their campaign with a 3-1 victory over Comoros and sit at the top of the group. Congo, meanwhile, are bottom after losing 1-0 to Namibia in their opening fixture.
