Egypt complete preparations with full squad ahead of Angola qualifier

Egypt held their first full-squad training session on Tuesday as they continued preparations for their Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against Angola.

The team trained at the National Teams Centre in Sixth of October City, with all selected players involved.

The final arrivals were Mohamed Abdelmonem of Nice, Ibrahim Adel of Nordsjælland and Haitham Hassan of Celtic.

Egypt are in Group B of the African qualifiers alongside Angola, Malawi and South Sudan.

They face Angola at Cairo Stadium at 22:00 on Friday, 25 September.

Egypt will then travel to Juba to play South Sudan at 15:00 on Tuesday, 29 September.

Their schedule also includes a friendly against South Africa on 4 October.
