Juventus have confirmed that goalkeeper Kamil Grabara has suffered a cruciate ligament tear during training.
The Polish goalkeeper is expected to undergo surgery and could be ruled out for the rest of the season, according to Italian newspaper Tuttosport.
Grabara, 27, made an impressive start to his Juventus career in his first appearance for the club against Nijmegen in the Europa League. He provided an assist for Nicolas Gonzalez to score the opening goal as Juventus began the league phase with a 5-0 victory.
The goalkeeper joined Juventus from Wolfsburg on loan last summer, with the arrangement due to run until the end of the current season.
