Michael Olise stars as Bayern Munich crush Union Berlin 7-0

Michael Olise produced the defining performance as Bayern Munich overwhelmed Union Berlin 7-0 in a one-sided Bundesliga contest at the Allianz Arena.

Bayern quickly took control, with Jamal Musiala opening the scoring in the 18th minute after being set up by Alphonso Davies. Harry Kane then doubled the advantage from the penalty spot in the 39th minute, before Olise struck shortly before half-time to send Bayern into the break 3-0 ahead.

Kane added his second goal four minutes after the restart, with Olise providing the assist. Ismael Saibari then made it 5-0 in the 70th minute, leaving Union Berlin facing an increasingly difficult evening.

Olise saved his best moments for the closing stages. The France international scored twice in quick succession, finding the net in the 73rd and 76th minutes to complete the first professional hat-trick of his career. His three-goal contribution capped a memorable personal display and completed Bayern’s emphatic victory.

The result reflected Bayern’s dominance from start to finish, while Union struggled to contain the hosts’ movement, creativity and attacking quality. Bayern led 3-0 at half-time and added four more goals after the interval.
