Moroccan star Ayoub Bouaddi earns English media praise after Manchester City rout Norwich

Moroccan international Ayoub Bouaddi earned praise from the English media after producing an impressive performance in Manchester City’s emphatic 5-0 victory over Norwich City in the Carabao Cup.

The young midfielder was handed an opportunity to impress and made the most of his appearance, showcasing his composure in possession and intelligent positioning as Manchester City dominated the encounter.

Bouaddi also made a direct contribution to the scoreline by providing the assist for Manchester City’s second goal.

Manchester City had taken the lead in the 29th minute through Samba before Bouaddi helped create the second goal just three minutes later.

Alan then extended City’s advantage in the 48th minute, before Samba added his second of the night six minutes later to make it 4-0.

Ryan McAidoo completed the rout in the 90th minute as Manchester City secured a convincing 5-0 victory and progressed to the Carabao Cup round of 16.

The result sets up a meeting with Brighton in the next round, while Bouaddi’s display provides another positive indication of his development.
