Orlando Pirates return to Betway Premiership action on Thursday when they host Durban City at the Orlando Amstel Arena, with kick-off scheduled for 19h30.
The South African champions have named Chaine, Sibisi, Seema, Ndaba, Sebelebele, Mokobodi, Mthiyane, Masilela, Kgositsile, Moremi and Mbuthuma in their starting XI.
Pirates have not lost in any competition this season. They are second in the Premiership standings and have three matches in hand on leaders Mamelodi Sundowns.
The Buccaneers spent the past two weeks competing in the CAF Champions League first preliminary round. After a goalless draw in the first leg, they defeated Mauritius champions La Cure Waves 3-1 on Saturday to progress.
Durban City, meanwhile, also advanced in continental competition after overcoming Burundi’s Rukinzo 2-1 on Sunday in the Confederation Cup. That result secured their place in the second preliminary round.
City’s league campaign has been less productive so far. They have won one of their opening five Premiership matches, while their most recent league fixture ended in a goalless draw against Stellenbosch FC.
Thursday’s match is the second meeting between the sides this season. Orlando Pirates previously defeated the Team of Choice after extra time in the quarter-finals of the MTN8.
Durban City will start with Asare, Msomi, Mokone, Ncanana, Shandu, Gcaba, Sanger, Poggenpoel, Sirino, Jurgens and Lwamba.
Orlando Pirates substitutes: Dladla, Zulu, Rapoo, Selepe, Nemtajela, Mabuza, Padime, Appollis and Pedersen.
Durban City substitutes: Dreyer, Maseko, Brooks, Papier, Domingo, Green, Morris, Mthembu and Nodada.
