Copa Barry returns to Cote d’Ivoire as part of Herve Renard’s coaching staff

Copa Barry has returned to the Cote d’Ivoire national team, with the former goalkeeper officially appointed as the Elephants’ goalkeeping coach.

Barry, who played a key role in Cote d’Ivoire’s triumph at CAN 2015, will also join the technical staff led by Herve Renard as second assistant.

The former international will bring his experience to the national side several years after helping the Elephants secure the title in 2015.

His appointment marks a new stage in Barry’s transition into coaching and team management, following his career as Cote d’Ivoire’s goalkeeper.
