DR Congo right-back David Mukandila joins Portuguese club Sintrense
DR Congo right-back David Mukandila has joined Portuguese club Sintrense from CS Don Bosco.
The 19-year-old switches to the club on 8 September, moving from the DR Congo side to compete in Portugal’s CP – Serie D. No transfer fee has been disclosed.
Mukandila’s arrival adds a defender to Sintrense’s squad, with the teenager listed as a right-back. He becomes the latest player to move from CS Don Bosco to a club outside the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The transfer takes Mukandila from his previous club’s domestic setting into Portuguese football, where Sintrense compete in CP – Serie D. The move also represents the first recorded change of club in the defender’s senior career.
Mukandila is now a Sintrense player after completing his move from CS Don Bosco.
