The Senegalese Division 1 men’s and women’s basketball championship is set to resume on November 16. The competition will feature teams from Pools A and B for both men and women.
For the men’s category, 12 teams will compete for the championship: Mermoz, HBC, Douanes, SIBAC, UGB, ASFA, Gorée, DUC, Saltigue, USC Rail, SLBC, and BOPP. On the women’s side, the competing teams include BOPP, ASCVD, JA, Mbour BC, DUC, ZBC, UGB, Cayor BC, USO, Jaraaf, SLBC, and SIBAC.
The tournament will kick off with a match between the BOPP and ASC teams for women, followed by a match between Mermoz and HBC for men. The games will take place at the Marius Ndiaye Stadium.
