Senegalese centre-back Tamsir Cisse joins Al-Qasim SC on a free transfer

Senegalese centre-back Tamsir Cisse has joined Iraqi club Al-Qasim SC from Racing Beirut on a free transfer.

The 24-year-old switches clubs after leaving the Lebanese side, completing his move to Al-Qasim on 8 September 2026. Cisse’s arrival takes him from Lebanon to Iraq as he begins the next stage of his career with Al-Qasim.

Cisse’s position is centre-back, while his nationality makes him one of the club’s Senegalese players. The transfer also represents a move between clubs based in two different countries, with Cisse departing Racing Beirut for Al-Qasim.

No transfer fee was paid for the move, and details of Cisse’s contract length have not been disclosed.

Cisse has completed his free transfer from Racing Beirut to Al-Qasim SC.
