Achraf Hakimi linked with Al-Hilal move from PSG

Achraf Hakimi, the Morocco international currently at PSG, has been linked with a move to Al-Hilal in the Saudi Pro League.

The 27-year-old right-back remains under contract with the French champions until 30 June 2029, with no transfer fee or agreement reported. Hakimi joined PSG from Inter Milan in July 2021 in a deal worth €68m.

Hakimi has started all three of PSG’s Ligue 1 matches this season, completing the full 90 minutes in each appearance. He also played in the Trophee des Champions and Uefa Super Cup before the league campaign began.

The defender was part of the PSG side that won the Champions League in 2025-26, one of three victories in the competition during his career. He has also won five French league titles since moving to Paris.

Hakimi began his senior career with Real Madrid and spent the 2018-19 season on loan at Borussia Dortmund before returning to the Spanish club. He later moved to Inter, where he won the Italian title in 2020-21 before joining PSG.

At international level, Hakimi helped Morocco win the Africa Cup of Nations in 2025 and was named African Footballer of the Year that year. He scored once and provided two assists in six appearances for Morocco at the 2026 World Cup.

For now, Hakimi’s current contractual situation remains unchanged, with the defender continuing to feature regularly for PSG.
