Felix Correia: Portugal winger joins Sevilla from Lille on loan

Portugal winger Felix Correia has joined Sevilla from Lille on a season-long loan, switching from Ligue 1 to La Liga in a completed move that runs until 30 June 2027.

The 25-year-old left winger becomes a Sevilla player after spending just over a year with Lille, who signed him from Portuguese club Gil Vicente for €7m in July 2025. His loan at Sevilla is scheduled to end on 30 June 2027, when he is due to return to the French club.

Correia had made two Ligue 1 appearances for Lille during the 2026-27 season before moving to Spain. He started one of those matches and had played 94 minutes in total, without scoring or registering an assist.

Born in Lisbon, Correia has Portuguese and Sao Tome and Principe nationality. He is a right-footed attacker who operates primarily from the left wing and stands 1.78m tall.

The move to Sevilla adds another stage to a career that has included spells in Portugal, England, Italy and France. Correia came through Sporting’s youth system before moving to Manchester City’s under-23 side in August 2019. He subsequently joined AZ Alkmaar’s under-21 team on loan before returning to Manchester City’s youth set-up.

Juventus signed him from Manchester City in September 2020 for €10.5m, and he later spent time on loan with Parma and Maritimo. He joined Gil Vicente on loan from Juventus Next Gen in August 2023, before completing a permanent move to the Portuguese club in July 2024 for €3.25m.

Correia was part of the Juventus side that won the Italian Cup in the 2020-21 season. He also won the Torneio Internacional Algarve with Portugal Under-17s in 2018.

Sevilla are Correia’s latest club as he begins his first recorded spell in La Liga, with his deal in Spain confirmed as a loan from Lille through the end of June 2027.
