Nacional winger Motez Nourani linked with US Monastir return
Tunisia winger Motez Nourani is being linked with a move from Portuguese club Nacional to US Monastir, who compete in Ligue 1.
Nourani, 24, plays as a left winger and returned to Nacional at the end of June after spending the second half of the 2025-26 season on loan at CA Bizertin. He joined the Portuguese club in July 2025 after leaving US Tataouine.
The player has yet to feature for Nacional in the opening four possible Liga Portugal matches of the 2026-27 campaign. He has not started or registered any minutes, goals or assists this season.
A move to US Monastir would represent a return to Tunisia for Nourani, who began his senior career with Ittihad Shorta before joining US Tataouine in 2023. He later moved to Turkey with Adana Demirspor, but left the club in December 2024 before signing for Nacional as a free agent the following summer.
Nourani remains under contract with Nacional until 30 June 2028. His current market value is listed at €175,000, while the proposed move is still at the rumour stage.
