Nice consider move for Paradou AC centre-back Ben Idder

Algerian defender Abdelhak Ben Idder is the subject of reported interest from French Ligue 1 club Nice, with the 19-year-old currently playing for Paradou AC.

Ben Idder, who operates at centre-back, has established himself in Paradou’s senior squad since moving up from the club’s Under-20 side on 1 September 2025. His recorded appearances include 22 Ligue 1 matches and three appearances in the Coupe d’Algerie.

The potential move would take Ben Idder from Algerian football to France, with Nice the club currently linked to his signature. The French side compete in Ligue 1, while Paradou’s first team plays in Algeria.

Ben Idder’s current recorded market value is €450,000, although there is no reported transfer fee attached to the rumour.
