Vis Pesaro bring in Spain-Senegal winger Amadou Konate from Sambenedettese
Spain-Senegal winger Amadou Konate has joined Vis Pesaro from Sambenedettese, completing a move between two Serie C – Girone B clubs.
The 23-year-old right winger made the switch on 1 September 2026 after spending the previous season with Sambenedettese. No transfer fee has been disclosed for the move.
Konate is a left-footed attacker who primarily operates on the right side. Born in Palma de Mallorca, he stands 1.97m tall and is eligible to represent both Spain and Senegal.
He began the 2026-27 campaign with one appearance for Sambenedettese in the Coppa Italia Serie C, playing one minute. He did not score or provide an assist in that appearance, and received one yellow card. He had not featured in Serie C – Girone B before moving to Vis Pesaro.
The transfer gives Konate a change of club while keeping him in the same division and group. His previous move came in July 2025, when Sambenedettese signed him from Avezzano FC for €55,000.
Konate had joined Avezzano from Sangiuliano on a free transfer in October 2024, following another free move from Imolese to Sangiuliano earlier that year. His senior career also includes spells with CD Nueva Ciudad and Ambrosiana, after beginning with P. Arrabal Under-19s.
His recorded market value is €200,000, matching the highest valuation listed during his career. Vis Pesaro have now added the young winger to their squad for the new Serie C campaign.
Konate’s move from Sambenedettese to Vis Pesaro was completed on 1 September 2026.
