Jorden Aigboje joins KSC Lokeren from Unterhaching in Challenger Pro League move

Germany-Nigeria winger Jorden Aigboje has joined KSC Lokeren from German club Unterhaching, moving into Belgium’s Challenger Pro League on a contract running until 30 June 2028.

The 23-year-old right winger completed the switch on 1 September 2026 after one season with Unterhaching, where he had been playing in the Regionalliga Bayern. His move takes him into a new league and represents the latest step in a career that has so far been spent in the German lower divisions.

Aigboje joined Unterhaching from Greuther Furth II on 1 July 2025 in a free transfer. Before that, he had spells with FC Gießen, SV 1910 Neuhof and Dynamo Schwerin, having started his senior career after progressing through youth football with Rot Weiss Ahlen and Hammer SpVg.

He was born in Germany on 28 April 2003 and holds German and Nigerian nationality. Standing at 1.82 metres, Aigboje is a right-footed attacker whose primary position is on the right wing.

His previous campaign included Regionalliga Bayern and Bayernpokal football with Unterhaching. He also has a Hessenliga championship to his name, the title having been won once during his career.

At Lokeren, Aigboje joins a club competing in the Challenger Pro League and becomes part of a squad preparing for a different level of competition from the Regionalliga Bayern. The Belgian side have secured his services through the end of the 2027-28 season.

Aigboje’s transfer history shows a succession of moves between German clubs before his arrival in Belgium. He moved from Dynamo Schwerin to SV 1910 Neuhof in January 2023, then transferred to FC Gießen in July of that year before joining Greuther Furth II 12 months later.

The move to Lokeren was completed on 1 September, with Aigboje leaving Unterhaching to begin his first spell outside Germany. He is now contracted to KSC Lokeren until June 2028.
