Stade Brestois emerge as possible destination for AC Milan’s Warren Bondo

France and DR Congo midfielder Warren Bondo is the subject of a reported possible move from AC Milan to Stade Brestois.

The 22-year-old central midfielder is contracted to AC Milan until 30 June 2029, but has been linked with a switch to Ligue 1 club Brest. No transfer fee or probability has been established for the proposed move.

Bondo has yet to feature for Milan this season, with two Serie A matches played so far. He returned to the Italian club in June after spending the 2025-26 campaign on loan at Cremonese.

He joined Milan from Monza in February 2025 in a deal worth €10.5m. His current market value is listed at €6m.

Bondo’s return to Milan followed a season away from the club, and the rumoured interest from Brest comes with the midfielder yet to make an appearance in the opening matches of the new Serie A campaign.

The player began his senior career with Nancy before moving to Monza in 2022. He also had a loan spell at Reggina during the 2022-23 season, before returning to Monza.

Any move to Brest would represent a return to France for Bondo, who was born in Evry and holds French and DR Congo nationality. For now, he remains an AC Milan player with three years left on his contract.
