Hull City track Stuttgart defender Josha Vagnoman as Premier League move emerges

German-Ivorian right-back Josha Vagnoman could leave Stuttgart for Premier League club Hull City, with the proposed transfer currently given an 84% likelihood.

Vagnoman, 25, has started Stuttgart’s only Bundesliga match of the 2026-27 season, scoring once in 90 minutes. He also contributed an assist in the club’s DFB-Pokal campaign, although he was not named in the starting XI for that match.

The defender has been with Stuttgart since July 2022, when he joined from Hamburg in a deal worth €4.5m. He helped Stuttgart win the German Cup in the 2024-25 season and has a current market value of €10m.

A move to Hull would take Vagnoman from the Bundesliga to the Premier League, but the available information does not indicate that an agreement has been completed or disclose a proposed transfer fee. The reported interest comes with the player still under contract at Stuttgart for almost two more seasons.

Vagnoman was born in Hamburg and has represented Germany at youth level, including the side that won the European Under-21 Championship in 2021. He remains a Stuttgart player, with his contract due to expire on 30 June 2028.
