Mohamed Salah tops Turkish Super League’s all-time most valuable XI

Egypt international Mohamed Salah has been named the most valuable player in the history of the Turkish Super League, according to Transfermarkt.

The Trabzonspor winger tops an all-time XI compiled by the football statistics website based on the highest market value reached by players during their careers with Turkish clubs.

Salah’s peak market value is listed at €150m, putting him at the top of a star-studded attacking line.

The former Liverpool forward is joined in attack by Galatasaray’s Victor Osimhen, whose highest market value reached €120m, while Leroy Sané and Rafael Leão are valued at €100m and €90m respectively.

Fenerbahce dominate the remainder of the XI, with Ederson, Kim Min-jae, Milan Skriniar, Nelson Semedo, N’Golo Kanté and Marco Asensio all included.

Former Besiktas midfielder Dele Alli completes the line-up, highlighting the calibre of players who have featured in the Turkish top flight.
