As of now, it appears that Borussia Dortmund is actively pursuing the Senegalese international defender Cheikhou Kouyaté from Anderlecht during the upcoming winter transfer window. However, competition for Kouyaté’s signature is expected, with other German clubs like VfL Wolfsburg and VfB Stuttgart also expressing interest. English clubs are also rumored to be in the mix. Kouyaté, 22, is currently under contract with Anderlecht until June 2021.
