Despite the recent passing of his mother, Asamoah Gyan showed strength on the field by scoring a double in Al Ain’s 3-2 victory over Al Shabab. The Ghanaian striker paid tribute to his mother with a gesture, raising both thumbs to the sky after each goal. Gyan has scored a total of 14 goals this season.
