AS Nancy add Madagascar winger Ylan El Hadary from Paris FC
Madagascar winger Ylan El Hadary has joined AS Nancy from Paris FC on loan, moving from Ligue 1 to the Ligue 2 club for the 2026-27 campaign.
The 20-year-old left winger completed the switch on 27 August and will remain with Nancy until 30 June 2027. Paris FC retain his registration, with El Hadary due to return to the Ligue 1 side when the loan ends.
El Hadary arrives after spending the opening weeks of the season with Paris FC, although he did not make an appearance in Ligue 1 before moving to Nancy. He is valued at €700,000 and has signed for a Nancy side competing in France’s second tier.
The move is the latest step in a run of changes of club for El Hadary. He spent the second half of the 2025-26 season on loan at Valenciennes FC from Paris FC before returning to his parent club on 30 June. He had joined Valenciennes in August 2025.
El Hadary has been with Paris FC since July 2025, when he moved into the club’s senior set-up from Paris FC Under-19s. Before that, he played for Paris FC Under-19s after leaving St Michel Utd in November 2024. His early football had come in Madagascar with Ajesaia before he moved to St Michel Utd in 2022.
Born in Mahajanga, El Hadary is the only Madagascar international in the player’s listed nationality details. The right-footed attacker stands 1.75m tall and is primarily used on the left side of the attack.
Nancy’s move gives the club an additional wide attacking option while providing El Hadary with the opportunity to play in Ligue 2. His current deal with the club covers the loan period and expires on 30 June 2027.
El Hadary’s completed loan transfer to AS Nancy was registered on 27 August 2026.
