Crystal Palace have reportedly identified two Morocco internationals as potential reinforcements, with Abdelhamid Aït Boudlal and Neil El Aynaoui attracting interest from the Premier League club.

According to Foot Mercato, Palace have shortlisted the Stade Rennais defender and AS Roma midfielder as they look to strengthen their squad.

Both players are reportedly receptive to the London club’s interest and would be open to a move to the Premier League.

Aït Boudlal emerging in France

Aït Boudlal, 20, is regarded as one of Ligue 1’s promising young defenders after establishing himself in Rennes’ first team last season.

The Morocco international made 21 appearances in all competitions for the Breton club, scoring twice and providing one assist.

His progress in France has now attracted attention from Palace as the club considers further defensive reinforcements.

El Aynaoui looking for greater role

El Aynaoui, 25, joined Roma from RC Lens last summer, arriving from the club previously managed by Palace’s new boss Pierre Sage.

The midfielder made 34 appearances for Roma during the 2025-26 campaign but found it difficult to secure a regular starting place.

He started 16 of the matches in which he featured for the Italian side.

Palace’s interest in the pair could offer both Morocco internationals an opportunity to continue their careers in the Premier League, with the London club looking to add further quality in both defence and midfield.
