Togo, having won the previous edition of the UFOA B tournament in Nigeria, has been named as the head of the list for the upcoming edition. The draw for the tournament took place in Accra, Ghana, where Togo was placed in Group B alongside Niger, Senegal, and Gabon. Ghana, as the organizing country, is in Pool A with Sierra Leone, Benin, and Burkina Faso. The tournament is scheduled to take place from November 21 to December 1, 2013. In the previous edition, Togo emerged victorious by defeating the host country Nigeria 3-2 in the final, with Atakora Lalawelé finishing as the top scorer.
