Bologna consider move for AC Milan defender David Odogu

German-Nigerian centre-back David Odogu is being linked with a move from AC Milan to Bologna in a potential Serie A switch.

The 20-year-old is currently contracted to AC Milan, with his deal running until 30 June 2029. Bologna are also in Serie A, meaning the rumoured move would keep Odogu in Italy’s top flight.

Odogu’s listed market value is €5m, placing a clear figure on the defender ahead of any possible approach. However, the rumour remains unconfirmed and there is no reported agreement between the clubs.

Odogu’s position is centre-back, and he holds German and Nigerian nationality. His contract at Milan has three years remaining beyond the current date, so the proposed transfer would concern a player who is not approaching the end of his existing deal.

The reported interest comes as Bologna are linked with a defender already tied to one of Italy’s leading clubs. Odogu’s age, position and contractual status are the principal details attached to the rumour, while no transfer fee, negotiations or player comments have been reported.

For now, Odogu remains an AC Milan player, with his contract at San Siro scheduled to expire on 30 June 2029.
