The President acknowledged Metsu’s role as a great leader of men and a coach with proven expertise, highlighting the significant contributions he made to Senegal’s football history, particularly during the 2002 World Cup. President Sall extended condolences to Metsu’s family, especially to his widow Viviane and their children. Metsu passed away from three different cancers in France.
