Luis Felipe Silva set to join Raja Casablanca from Fluminense
Brazilian forward Luis Felipe Silva, 21, is set to join Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca after successfully completing his medical ahead of the move.
Silva is expected to sign a three-year contract with the Casablanca-based club, bringing an end to his spell with Brazilian side Fluminense.
The 21-year-old has emerged as a player of interest to Raja as the club continues to strengthen its squad ahead of the new campaign.
Silva’s successful medical clears the final major hurdle before the transfer can be officially completed, with the Brazilian now expected to put pen to paper on a three-year agreement.
The forward will arrive at Raja with the club hoping he can add greater attacking depth and provide an additional option in the final third.
His move to Morocco will also represent a new chapter in Silva’s career, as he prepares to leave Brazilian football and take on a new challenge in North Africa.
Raja Casablanca, one of Morocco’s most prominent clubs, will be hoping Silva can adapt quickly to the demands of African football and make an immediate contribution.
The transfer is expected to be formally completed once the contract is signed, with Silva then set to begin his new chapter with the Moroccan giants.
