Mbengue Cisse makes France move as AS Panazol’s latest midfield addition
Senegalese defensive midfielder Mbengue Cisse has joined French club AS Panazol from Romanian side Miroslava on a free transfer.
The 24-year-old’s move was completed on 12 August 2026, bringing an end to his time with Miroslava and starting a new chapter in France. Cisse will continue his career in the French National 2, where AS Panazol compete in Group B.
Cisse’s arrival gives Panazol an experienced player in a central defensive midfield role as the club prepares for its campaign in the fourth tier of French football. His position places him at the base of midfield, offering a clear identity within the squad without the need for a transfer fee to be paid to his former club.
The switch also represents a change of footballing environment for the Senegal international, who moves from Romania to France at the age of 24. Miroslava, his previous club, is based in Romania, while AS Panazol are located in France, making the move an international change for the midfielder.
Panazol have secured the deal as a free transfer, with no fee attached to Cisse’s departure from Miroslava. The terms and length of his contract with the French club have not been disclosed.
The transfer places Cisse in France’s National 2 – Group B and adds a Senegalese player to Panazol’s midfield options. His arrival is the club’s latest confirmed squad change ahead of the season, with the midfielder now registered as part of the AS Panazol setup.
Cisse has therefore completed his move from Miroslava to AS Panazol, joining the French club on a free transfer.
