PSV strengthen U21 attack with German-Ghanaian forward Keziah Oteng-Mensah
German-Ghanaian centre-forward Keziah Oteng-Mensah has joined PSV U21 from Frankfurt U19 in a €250,000 transfer.
The 18-year-old completed the move on 12 August 2026, leaving Frankfurt’s under-19 side to continue his development in the Netherlands. Oteng-Mensah becomes part of a PSV U21 squad competing in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie.
Born in Frankfurt am Main on 31 March 2008, Oteng-Mensah represents both Germany and Ghana at international level. He stands 1.85m tall and is listed as a centre-forward, with both feet recorded as his preferred option.
Oteng-Mensah spent the 2025-26 season with Frankfurt U19 after moving up from the club’s under-17 team in July 2025. Before that, he had been part of Frankfurt’s youth structure since joining from RW Frankfurt’s youth set-up in July 2020.
His move to PSV comes after a spell with Frankfurt U19 in the U19 Nachwuchsliga. He had also been registered for the 2026-27 U19 DFB-Nachwuchsliga campaign, although he did not make an appearance before switching clubs.
The transfer gives PSV U21 a forward who has progressed through German academy football since childhood. Oteng-Mensah first joined Rodelheim’s youth side in 2018 before moving to RW Frankfurt’s youth ranks later that year.
PSV U21 is the latest step in that pathway, with the Dutch club securing the forward from Frankfurt’s youth programme for €250,000. His arrival was completed on 12 August 2026.
