Tidjani Diawara joins Orebro Syrianska IF on free transfer

Swedish-Malian centre-forward Tidjani Diawara has joined Orebro Syrianska IF from Utsiktens BK on a free transfer, completing his move to the Swedish club on 11 August 2026.

The 28-year-old has signed a contract running until 31 December 2026. Diawara’s arrival gives Orebro Syrianska IF a recognised centre-forward, with the striker joining after his spell with Utsiktens BK.

Utsiktens BK compete in Ettan Sodra, while Diawara now begins the next stage of his career with Orebro Syrianska IF. The transfer was completed without a fee, with the clubs confirming the change of ownership of the player on 11 August.

Diawara was born on 19 April 1998 and holds Swedish and Malian nationality. He is registered as a centre-forward, the central attacking position in which he has been used, and stands 1.87m tall.

His move keeps him in Sweden, where he has most recently represented Utsiktens BK. The transfer also brings a change of club during the 2026 season, with his agreement at Orebro Syrianska IF set to remain in place through the end of the calendar year.

The contract gives Diawara an immediate period in which to establish himself at his new club, although the available details do not include appearances or goals from his time at Utsiktens BK. His playing profile is defined by his role as a central striker rather than by a recorded list of secondary positions.

Orebro Syrianska IF have therefore added a 28-year-old, 1.87m forward to their squad without paying a transfer fee. Diawara’s contract is scheduled to expire on 31 December 2026, completing his switch from Utsiktens BK.
