MAS Fes to embark on behind-closed-doors training

Moroccan club MAS Fes have stepped up their preparations for the upcoming season after scheduling a 15-day closed training camp in Agadir.

The camp, which runs from August 10 to 24, is expected to play a key role in the club’s preparations as the technical team works to build the squad’s fitness, tactical organisation and overall team chemistry ahead of the new campaign.

The coaching staff will use the training period to improve the players’ physical condition while also implementing their tactical ideas and strengthening the understanding between members of the squad.

The camp will also provide an opportunity for the technical team to assess the team’s readiness and make important decisions regarding the squad before the start of official competitions.

As part of the programme, MAS Fes are expected to play a number of friendly matches against Moroccan clubs.

The friendly fixtures will allow the coaching staff to assess the performances of the squad, particularly the club’s new signings, while also testing different tactical systems and combinations.

The matches will further help the technical team identify areas that require improvement before the competitive season gets underway.

MAS Fes are hoping the intensive preparations in Agadir will put the team in the best possible condition to compete strongly in the new season and deliver performances that will satisfy their supporters.
