The newly appointed head coach of Zamalek, Portuguese manager Jose Gomez, has reportedly expressed dissatisfaction with the condition of the club’s training grounds.
The revelation was made by television presenter Amir Hisham during his show “Plus90” on Al-Nahar channel.
Hisham conveyed, “Gomez has voiced his displeasure with the training pitch and urged the club to take action to address the issue.”
The coach is said to have emphasized the importance of altering the playing surface, expressing concerns over potential player injuries that could lead to extended absences from matches.
Amir Hisham continued, stating, “The head coach has underscored the necessity of changing the field surface to avoid any player suffering injuries that may keep them out of action for an extended period.
It is anticipated that Zamalek will take proactive measures to rectify the situation.”
