Wadi Degla add Egyptian goalkeeper Greisha to Premier League squad
Egypt goalkeeper Greisha has joined Wadi Degla from Al Ahly U21 on a free transfer, completing his move to the Premier League club.
The 20-year-old goalkeeper made the switch on 3 August 2026, beginning a new chapter with Wadi Degla after leaving Al Ahly’s under-21 side. The transfer is recorded as a free move, with no fee attached.
Born in Cairo, Greisha is an Egyptian national and plays in goal as his primary position. He is right-footed and joins a Wadi Degla side competing in Egypt’s Premier League.
The move takes Greisha from Al Ahly’s development structure into senior domestic football. His previous club was Al Ahly U21, where he continued his progression before moving across to Wadi Degla.
Greisha’s arrival gives Wadi Degla a young Egyptian goalkeeper as the club builds its squad for the 2026-27 season. The transfer was completed at the start of August, ahead of the new campaign.
Greisha is now a Wadi Degla player after completing a free transfer from Al Ahly U21.
