Paulus Amutenya transfer rumour: Gaborone Utd linked with UNAM FC midfielder

Namibia midfielder Paulus Amutenya, currently with UNAM FC, is being linked with a move to Botswana club Gaborone Utd.

The reported interest, dated 3 August 2026, concerns the 24-year-old central midfielder, whose current market value is €100,000. Amutenya was born in Omangundu, Namibia, and has been with UNAM FC since the 2021-22 season.

He joined UNAM FC from Ramblers FC and has remained at the Namibian club since that move. The proposed transfer would take him from University of Namibia FC, the club associated with his current registration, to Gaborone Utd in Botswana.
