Yanis Zouaoui linked with FC Nantes move from Le Havre

Yanis Zouaoui, a French-Algerian left-back at Le Havre AC, has been linked with a move to FC Nantes.

The 28-year-old is currently with Le Havre in Ligue 1, while Nantes play in Ligue 2. The reported interest would therefore involve a move between two French clubs from different divisions.

Zouaoui’s current market value is listed at €2.5m, giving an indication of the potential scale of any deal. No transfer fee has been established in connection with the rumour.

The defender’s contract with Le Havre runs until 30 June 2027, meaning he is not approaching the end of his agreement. Any move to Nantes would consequently require the clubs to reach an agreement before his contract expires.
