Brilliant Hamza Mnasri scores five as Club Africain storm past ES Khemirienne
Club Africain make emphatic start to summer friendly programme
Club Africain opened their summer schedule with a commanding 10-0 victory over ES Khemirienne in a friendly match played on Saturday afternoon in Ain Draham, producing a dominant display from start to finish.
The Tunisian side wasted little time asserting themselves against Etoile Sportive Khemirienne, controlling the contest throughout and finishing with a double-digit scoreline in the first fixture of their pre-season programme.
Hamza Mnasri was the standout performer, scoring five times to lead Club Africain’s attack in a one-sided encounter.
His contribution accounted for half of his team’s goals and underlined an impressive individual display as preparations for the new campaign got underway.
Mnasri leads the scoring with five-goal performance
Club Africain shared the goals among several players, but Mnasri proved to be the most prolific.
The forward finished the afternoon with five goals, making him the leading scorer in the comfortable victory and the central figure in the club’s attacking performance.
Bassem Serarfi also got on the scoresheet with one goal, while Sadok Kadida added two to further increase Club Africain’s advantage.
Bilel Ait Malek completed the scoring by contributing two goals, ensuring four different players found the net during the friendly.
The combined efforts of the quartet saw Club Africain reach the remarkable total of 10 goals, while their defence prevented ES Khemirienne from creating a response at the other end.
Positive beginning to pre-season preparations
Although the result came in a friendly match, the performance provided an encouraging start to Club Africain’s preparations for the upcoming season.
The match, played in Ain Draham, was the first in a series of summer friendlies planned by the club as the coaching staff continues to assess the squad and build fitness ahead of competitive action.
Club Africain maintained control throughout the contest, consistently creating scoring opportunities and converting them with clinical finishing.
Mnasri’s five-goal haul highlighted the afternoon, while the contributions from Serarfi, Kadida and Ait Malek reflected the team’s attacking depth during the opening pre-season fixture.
The comprehensive victory also gave the squad an ideal start to its summer programme, with several players making a strong impression before the next round of friendly matches.
With their first outing completed in convincing fashion, Club Africain will now continue their preparations through the remaining fixtures scheduled for the summer, having opened their pre-season campaign with an emphatic performance and a 10-0 win over ES Khemirienne.
