Komi Arnaud Komlavi: Togo winger joins Talaea El Gaish on free transfer from ASC Kara

Togo winger Komi Arnaud Komlavi has joined Egyptian Premier League side Talaea El Gaish on a free transfer from ASC Kara.

The 25-year-old left-sided attacker, who is right-footed, makes the move after two seasons of continental experience with the Togolese club. He links up with Talaea El Gaish after his contract with ASC Kara ended, allowing the Cairo-based team to secure his services without a transfer fee.

Komlavi has operated primarily as a left winger and arrives in Egypt with game time in both the CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup. Across those competitions he has featured in five matches, providing one assist and gaining exposure against a range of African opposition.

Born in Lome in February 2001 and standing at 1.73m, Komlavi has built his career within Togolese football before this first move abroad. He joined ASC Kara from AS OTR in 2024, having previously represented Dynamic Togo and Omni. Agaza, progressing steadily through the national league structure.

The move to Talaea El Gaish marks Komlavi’s first venture outside Togo and places him in one of North Africa’s most competitive leagues. His arrival adds another wide attacking option to the Egyptian Premier League club as they reshape their squad for the new campaign.

Komlavi’s transfer from ASC Kara to Talaea El Gaish was finalised on 30 July 2026 as a free transfer.
