Sultan Harun: Sudan striker joins Al-Qadsiah from Al-Riyadh in €3.83m deal

Sudan centre-forward Sultan Harun has joined Saudi Pro League side Al-Qadsiah from Al-Riyadh in a permanent transfer worth €3.83m.

The 20-year-old, born in Jeddah and right-footed, has signed a contract with Al-Qadsiah running until 30 June 2030 after emerging as one of Al-Riyadh’s leading young attacking options.

Harun moves after breaking into the Al-Riyadh first team during the 2025-26 campaign, when he made 17 league appearances and scored two goals in the Saudi Pro League. He averaged a goal every 209 minutes across 417 minutes of top-flight football, having stepped up from the club’s under-21 side earlier that season.

Standing at 1.85m, Harun has operated primarily as a central striker and arrives at Al-Qadsiah with a current market value of €175,000. The fee represents a significant outlay for a player who only made his senior club debut in 2026 following a rapid rise through domestic youth football.

Before joining Al-Riyadh’s first team, Harun progressed through several Saudi-based youth set-ups, including spells with Al-Hazem’s under-19s and Al-Jabalain’s youth team after a period without a club earlier in his teens.

Harun’s transfer sees him remain in the Saudi Pro League as he leaves Al-Riyadh for Al-Qadsiah on a long-term deal through to 2030.
