Godswill Vadze: Ghanaian midfielder joins FK Zemun on free transfer from Cukaricki

Ghanaian attacking midfielder Godswill Vadze has joined Serbian SuperLiga side FK Zemun on a free transfer from Cukaricki. The 24-year-old moves across the top flight ahead of the 2026-27 campaign after leaving his previous club at the end of his deal.

Vadze, who operates primarily as an attacking midfielder and is right-footed, arrives in Zemun with a current market valuation of €150,000. He has yet to feature in the opening rounds of the new SuperLiga season, giving his new club time to integrate him into their squad before his first competitive appearance.

Born in Tefle, Ghana, and standing at 1.81m, Vadze has built his career in European football in recent seasons. He joined Cukaricki in July 2024, also as a free transfer, and spent part of the 2024-25 campaign on loan at fellow Serbian side Mladost GAT before returning to his parent club at the end of that season.

Before arriving in Serbia, the midfielder played for Bosnian side Zvijezda 09, having signed for them in February 2023 following a spell with Semper Fi FC. His move to Europe initially came via Austrian club Saalfelden, whom he joined from Shooting Stars in February 2022.

Vadze’s transfer to FK Zemun was completed on 30 July 2026 as a permanent free transfer within the Serbian SuperLiga.
