Nabil Belkaious: Franco-Algerian midfielder joins Blagnac FC on free transfer
Franco-Algerian right midfielder Nabil Belkaious has joined Blagnac FC on a free transfer from Alberes Argeles. The 33-year-old moves into National 2 Group A football after five years with the Occitanie side.
Belkaious arrives at Blagnac with extensive experience in the French lower leagues, having featured prominently in both National 2 and National 3. Across his time in the fourth tier, he has made more than 70 appearances in National 2 football, while also featuring in the Coupe de France.
During his spell with Alberes Argeles, the wide midfielder built a reputation as a consistent presence on the right flank, previously stepping up from St-Esteve, where he had moved in 2018. Before that, he represented Toulouse Rodeo and OC Perpignan, progressing through regional levels of the French game.
Belkaious has also been a regular in the National 3 Occitanie competition, recording close to 50 appearances and contributing goals and assists over several seasons. In National 2 Group A alone he has played over 50 matches, underlining the depth of his experience at this level.
Born on 6 June 1993, Belkaious represents both France and Algeria at nationality level and specialises as a right-sided midfielder, adding senior depth to Blagnac’s options in wide areas. His record includes more than 100 league appearances across National 2 and National 3, as well as outings in the Coupe de France.
Belkaious’ move from Alberes Argeles to Blagnac FC was completed on 29 July 2026 as a free transfer.
