Ismail Ka: Dutch-Senegalese goalkeeper joins AZ Alkmaar U21 from Feyenoord U21
AZ Alkmaar U21 have added Dutch-Senegalese goalkeeper Ismail Ka to their squad after completing his move from Feyenoord U21. The 20-year-old has signed a contract running until 30 June 2029 with the Keuken Kampioen Divisie side.
Ka switches between Eredivisie academies after developing at Feyenoord’s under-21 set-up, and will now continue his career in Alkmaar’s reserve team, which competes in the Dutch second tier. The transfer was finalised on 29 July 2026.
Born in Noordwijk on 9 March 2006, Ka stands at 1.90m and plays in goal with his right foot. Eligible for both the Netherlands and Senegal, he is part of a growing group of dual-nationality players progressing through Dutch academies.
The move gives AZ U21 another specialist goalkeeper for the coming seasons and secures Ka’s future with the club for three years.
