Al Masry complete signing of Moroccan winger Abdellah Ziani from Difaa El Jadida
Egyptian Premier League club Al Masry SC of Port Said have officially completed the signing of Moroccan forward Abdellah Ziani from Difaa El Jadida during the ongoing summer transfer window.
The Port Said-based club moved quickly to secure the services of the highly rated attacker, reaching an agreement that will see Ziani commit his future to Al-Masry for the next four seasons.
Ziani’s contract will run until the end of the 2029-2030 season, providing Al-Masry with a long-term attacking option as the club continues to strengthen its squad ahead of the new campaign.
The 23-year-old Moroccan is regarded as one of the emerging talents in Moroccan football, having impressed with his performances in the Botola Pro League. His ability to operate effectively on the left flank, combined with his pace, technical quality and attacking intelligence, made him one of the standout players at Difaa El Jadida.
Known for his direct style of play, dribbling ability and capacity to create chances in the final third, Ziani attracted attention from several clubs before eventually choosing a move to Egypt.
Al-Masry officials are hoping the Moroccan winger can add more creativity and offensive depth to their squad as they aim to compete strongly in domestic competitions and improve their standing in Egyptian football.
