Josef Moussa: Danish-Egyptian striker joins Holbæk B&I on free transfer from Ishøj IF
Danish-Egyptian forward Josef Moussa has joined Holbæk B&I on a free transfer from 3. Division rivals Ishøj IF.
The 27-year-old centre-forward makes the switch within the Danish third tier after his move was finalised on 27 July 2026. He joins Holbæk as a direct addition to their attacking options, operating primarily through the middle as a traditional No 9.
Moussa, born on 12 August 1998, has represented both Denmark and Egypt at nationality level and has built his senior career in the Danish system. His move keeps him in familiar surroundings, with both his former and new clubs competing in the same division.
Holbæk B&I have moved to secure the striker without a transfer fee, taking advantage of his availability to add experience in the final third. Moussa’s ability to lead the line as a centre-forward is expected to be central to how Holbæk shape their attacking structure for the upcoming campaign.
The deal sees Moussa leave Ishøj IF for a fresh challenge in the 3. Division, with his registration now officially transferred to Holbæk B&I.
