Tadiwanashe Chakuchichi: Zimbabwean teenager at Scottland FC linked with Nottingham Forest move

Zimbabwean right winger Tadiwanashe Chakuchichi of Scottland FC is being linked with a move to Premier League side Nottingham Forest as the English club assess emerging wide options for their squad.

The 17-year-old, who was born in Harare and plays off the right flank while favouring his left foot, has been monitored as a potential addition to Forest’s attacking department. His current market value is listed at around €50,000, a figure that would make any deal a relatively low-cost investment for a top-flight side.

Chakuchichi is currently on the books of Scottland FC, also known as Scottland Football Club, where he features primarily as an attacking right winger. Although still in the early stages of his senior career, his profile as a left-footed wide player has drawn interest from higher up the pyramid, with Forest among the clubs exploring whether a deal would be feasible this summer.

The teenager’s contractual terms at Scottland FC have not been made public, but there is no indication of an imminent expiry that would automatically make him available on a free transfer. Any move to the Premier League would therefore be expected to require agreement with the Zimbabwean side, who have overseen his development to this point.

For now, Chakuchichi remains a Scottland FC player, with Forest’s interest at the rumour stage as they weigh up whether to formalise their admiration with an offer.
