Palermo open talks to sign Franco-Ivorian midfielder Issiaka Kamate from Inter Milan

Franco-Ivorian midfielder Issiaka Kamate could be on the move again this summer, with Serie B side Palermo reportedly in advanced discussions with Inter Milan over a loan deal for the promising youngster.

The 21-year-old, who is regarded as one of Inter’s emerging talents, spent the 2025-26 season on loan at Modena FC, where he gained valuable first-team experience and continued his development in Italian football.

Despite returning to Inter following the conclusion of his loan spell, Kamate’s future at the San Siro remains uncertain, with another temporary move now appearing increasingly likely as the Nerazzurri seek to ensure the midfielder continues to enjoy regular playing time.
